| District Community Mobilizer (DCM) | 1. Master’s degree in Social Work and any of the Social Sciences from recognized university/ Institution. 2. At least 2-3 years experiences in management/ coordination of community health programme or community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum 1 year experience in health sector. 3. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with data base management programme and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc. |
| Block Community Mobilizer (BCM) | 1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or any one of the Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Psychology and Business and having Diploma in Computer Applications of One year duration). Desireable: Working Experience in the relevant field. |
| Nursing Officer (NO) | 1. Minimum B.Sc. Nursing / General Nursing-cum-Midwifery (GNM) Course from recognized institution. 2. Mandatory Registration Certificate under Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC). Desireable: Working experience as Staff Nurse. |

General Terms & Conditions
1. All posts under NHM are on contract and based on local criteria
2. The Post are reversed for APST Candidates only.
3. Each Candidate can apply for only single post.
4. The Envelope must be superscripts as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF____” Clearly mentioning the name of post applied for.
5. 2 (two) Nos. of recent Passport size photographs, PRC, ST, Cl-X & XII Certificate & Marksheet, Experience Certificate, Computer Certificate, Educational Qualifications details (certificate & Marksheet) with self-attestation.
6. No TA-DA will be admissible for appearing in the recruitment.
7. Candidates working in Govt./ Semi. Govt/ Pvt. Sector will mandatorily require to submit NOC from appointing authority.
Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be done through Written Examination and Viva Voice, & Computer Test for DCM & BCM and Viva Voice & Competency Based Skill Test for Nursing Officer.
2. Written Test of Objective Nature (duration 1½ Hours): 100 Marks
3. Viva Voice / Competency Base Skill Test.: 50 Marks

The candidates shall be called for Competency based Skill Test for NO / Viva Voice & Computer test for DCM & BCM in the ratio 1:3 (Post to candidates’ ratio) to be selected based on merit in the written examination.
How to Apply
1. The intending candidates may apply to the – “The District Medical Officer, Palin, Kra Daadi District” in the prescribed format to be issued from the office of the DMO, Palin, Kra Daadi w.e.f. 13th September 2021 on all working days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. The last date of submission of application form is 1st October 2021 upto 04:00 PM in sealed envelope.
3. Application received after closing date & time will not be accepted.
