Applications are invited from the bonafide citizens of India possessing requisite Educational Qualification and ages as on 1st March'2022, for the following contractual posts of Primary Teacher (PRT’s) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT’s) under District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh. The Post are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of post by the Govt. of India. The numbers of post are indicative may be varied (increase or decrease) on either side at the time of preparation of final selection list.

Last Date

The last date of the submissions of the application of the dully filled in application form is 08th April 2022 till 4 PM. Application received after due date or time or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.

Salary

Primary Teacher (PRT): Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Trained Graduate Teacher (PCM): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Eligibility

Primary Teacher (PRT):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (recognition Norms and Procedures) Regulation, 2002/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/Or Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known),/ Or Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed, provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo a (6) Six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment, And APTET / CTET (Paper-l) pass certificate.

Trained Graduate Teacher (PCM):
Graduation in PCM with atleast 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed or Graduation in PCM and 2 year D.EI.Ed (by whatever name known)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 Year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) in PCM Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.Sc.Ed in PCM Or Graduation in PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education) provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo a (6) Six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment And APTET/CTET (Paper- Il) pass certificate.

Age Limit

Primary Teacher (PRT): 20 to 33 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Trained Graduate Teacher (PCM): 22 to 35 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Reservation

Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks to APST Candidates. The reservation of post i.e. APST, Non-APST (80-20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged Person (PWD) shall be as per state Govt. norms notified form time to time and will be applicable for each category of post. However for Maths and Science the reservation shall be 50:50 (for APST & Non-APST). It will be mandatory for the new appointee teachers to undergo an induction training and orientation programme organized by the Department after his/her appointment. In case of candidates with B.Ed / D.EI.ED in Special Education it will be mandatory for him/her to under a (6) six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment.

Selection Criteria

The selection of the contractual PRTs and TGTs under Samagra Shiksha (ISSE) shall be based purely on the Guidelines framed by the State Cabinet on 18th February 2020 and modification of the same (Point No. 2) on 14th July 2020 which have been conveyed from State Project Office vide letter No.AR/ISSE/ESTT/ 78/2019-20/6879-85 dated 28th July 2020 and Corrigendum dated 14th August 2020.

Terms & Conditions

1. District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia Papum Pare District reserves the right to cancelthe advertisement / recruitment examination process at any stage for the selection process in the events of any dispute / complicacy or any other administrative reason.

2. The candidates must produce before screening committee all the necessary certificate in original on the day of interview.

3. The eligibility of candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility condition. If on the verification at any time before or after the selection process is found that a candidates does not full fill any of the eligibility criteria his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The continuation and extension of the service of the selected candidates after 31st March’2023 shall be subject to the approval of continuation of the project (Samagra Shiksha) by the Govt. of India.

5. The selected candidates shall have to sign a “Deed of Agreement” with the DDSE-cum-DPO, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District before the issue of formal appointment letter.

6. No representation from any recruited teachers will be entertained regarding change of posting place.

7. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Centre / State Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

How to Apply

Candidates having requisite Qualification may obtain an Application Form from Office of the DDSEcum-DPO, Yupia on the Payment of Rs. 200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred) only during all working day and submit the filled-up Application Form in the Office of DDSE-cum-DPO, Yupia alongwith the following documents:
1. Self attested4 (Four) copies of recent passport size photographs.
2. Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of Class-X.
3. Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of Class-XII.
4. Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of B.Sc. (PCM).
5. Self attested copies of certificate and mark sheet of D.EI.Ed / B.Ed.
6. Self attested copies of APTET / CTET Certificate.
7. Self attested copies of ST & PRC Certificate in case of APST Candidate only.
8. Application form will be issued from 28th March 2022.
9. The Date of Interview will be notified in Local Daily.
