Applications are invited in the prescribed form for filling up of following contractual posts from bonafide Citizens of India under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) and Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) Scheme for State Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana Cell and State Resource Centre for Women (SRCW) in the Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.

Education Qualification

State Programme Coordinator: Postgraduate preferably in Social Science/ Life Science/ Nutrition/ Medicine/ Health Management/ Social Work/ Rural Management.

Research Officer: Master Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women's Studies/ Law/ Governance/ any other related field.

Training and Research Officer: Master Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women's Studies/ Law/ Governance/ any other related field.

Experience/ Competencies:

State Programme Coordinator:
1. At least 3 years' experience of working with the Government/ Non-Government Organisations
2. Proficiency in using MS-office.
3. Proficiency in local language and English.

Research Officer:
1. Minimum experience of 2 years in Research field.
2. Must have Computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS office, data analysis packages like SPSS, STATA etc.

Training and Research Officer:
1. Minimum experience of 3 years in the training and capacity building on issues related to women.
2. Good knowledge of Computers and ability to work in MS-office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.

Age Limit

State Programme Coordinator: 30-45 years.

Research Officer: 30-45 years.

Training and Research Officer: 30-45 years.

Salary

Age Limit

State Programme Coordinator: Rs. 45000/- per month.

Research Officer: Rs. 26250/- per month.

Training and Research Officer: Rs. 26250/- per month.

Note

1. Application incomplete in any respect or received after the last date of submission of application will be summarily rejected. The Department will not be responsible for postal or other reason of delay whatsoever may be.

2. The candidates who are already in Government service should submit application through proper channel.

3. Application in the prescribed form along with self address post card should be sent in a cover envelope superscribed as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STATE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (PMMVY), RESEARCH OFFICER AND TRAINING AND RESEARCH OFFICER (MSK)" as the case may be.

4. Request for correction/ furnishing of additional documents, re-submission of certificate, and other documents etc. after expiry of last date of receipt of application shall not be entertained at all.

5. Attempt to influence the selection directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification of the candidate.

6. These posts are created against Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) and Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) Scheme and liable to be terminated at any time on discontinuation of the Yojana (Scheme) by the Govt. of India/ State Govt.

7. The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis and claim for regularization of job shall not be entertained.

8. The appointment shall be initially for a period of 1(one) year and on completion of 1(one) year period the services shall be automatically terminated. Re-appointment shall be considered subject to continuation of the scheme as well as considering the performance of the candidate.

9. This cancels earlier Re-advertisements No.WCD-7/2020(E) dated 28/5/2020 and No.WCD-43/2019(E) dated 28/5/2020 for the aforementioned posts only.

Selection Process

The selection of candidate will be done through a Walk-in-interview and Computer proficiency test to be conducted by the Director, Women and Child Development, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar

How to Apply

Interested candidates may submit their application in standard format to the Director, Women and Child Development, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar by post only and they must enclose attested copies of the following documents:
1. All certificates and Mark sheet issued by the recognized Board/ University from class X onwards to ascertain age and educational qualification. Experience certificate should also be produced as per requirements.
2. Caste/ Tribe Certificate.
3. Copy of Aadhaar card or Enrolment acknowledgement receipt.
