Working experience of at least 5 years in RCH/ FW/ externally aided and population — related programmes. |

General Terms & Conditions
1. All posts under NHM are on contract and based on local criteria.
2. Each Candidate can apply for only single post.
3. The Envelope must be superscripts as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF___” Clearly mentioning the name of post applied for.
4. 2 (two) Nos. of recent Passport size photographs and self-attested copy of PRC, ST, Class X & XII Certificate & Marksheet, Experience Certificate, Computer Certificate, Educational Qualifications details (certificate & Marksheet).
5. No TA-DA will be admissible for appearing in the recruitment.
6. Candidates working in Govt./ Semi. Govt/ Pvt. Sector will mandatorily require to submit NOC from appointing authority.

1. Block Community Mobilizer (BCM): For Domicile Candidates Only.
2. Cold Chain Technician (Refrigerator Mechanic): Preference will be given to Domicite Candidates.
Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be done through Written Examination and Viva Voice & Computer Test for BCM and Viva Voice / Competency Based Skill Test for Cold Chain Technician (Refrigerator Mechanic).
2. Written Test of Objective Nature (duration 1½ Hours): 100 Marks
3. Viva Voice/ Competency Base Skill Test.: 50 Marks

The candidates shall be called for Competency based Skill Test & Viva Voice for CCT (Refrigerator Mechanic) and Computer test/ Viva Voice for BCM in the ratio 1:3 (Post to candidates' ratio) to be selected based on merit in the written examination.
How to Apply
The intending candidates may apply to the — “The District Medical Officer, Palin, Kra Daadi District” in the prescribed format to be issued from the office of the DMO, Palin, Kra Daadi w.e.f. 05th April 2022 on all working days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The last date of submission of application form is 18th April 2022 upto 04:00 PM in sealed envelope. Application received after closing date & time will not be accepted. Zerox Copy and modified applications will not be accepted, except prescribed format issued from this office.
