APPSC Sub Inspector (Civil/IRBn) 2021 Medical Test Notification

ARUNACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

In continuation to the Result Notification dated 9th December 2021 for the post of Sub Inspector (Civil/IRBn) under the Department of Home, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh it is to inform the qualified candidates that the Commission has fixed the date for Interview/ Viva-voce w.e.f. 19th to 28th January, 2022 and Medical Test will be held in TRIHMS, Naharlagun w.e.f. 5th to 17th January, 2022.

Notification

Therefore, the candidates as per their respective Roll No. and dates in the admit card are directed to report at the TRIH&MS Hospital, Naharlagun for the following tests and investigations:

1. Treasury Challan for Rs. 20/- is to be deposited in the H/A “0210” medical and public health in favour of DHS A.P Naharlagun as medical examination fee.

2. Registration ticket is to be collected from Regn. Counter on payment of Rs. 10/-.

3. Minimum investigation fee is to be deposited in the cash counter for the following tests:
(a) ECG, (b) X-Ray chest PA view, (c) BHs Agd (d) Blood Grouping, (e) Blood RE, (f) Urine RE, (g) RBS, (h)LFT, (i) ABO&RH, (j) USG- Abdomen, (k) Both eye vision: Distance vision better eye (Corrected vision) — 6/12, Near vision-J1 (Corrected), J2(Corrected).

4. Two passport size self-attested photo will be required and to be pasted in the forms. Medical Fitness form are available in the cash counter and CMS office Board Room, TRIHMS Hospital.

Note

The candidates are further directed to submit the Self-Attested photocopies of the following documents to the Commission's office on or before 14th January, 2022 from the date of issue of this notification:

1. Matriculation Certificate and Marksheet issued by Board for proof of Date of Birth.

2. Class-XII Certificate and Marksheet.

3. Graduation/Degree Certificate and Marksheet issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification.

4. APST Certificate for APST candidates. Aadhar Card, Epic Card, PRC for other candidates.

5. Intimation letter to HoD/NOC for those who are in regular Govt. Service.

Candidates may download their admit cards w.e.f 03rd January 2022 onwards from Commission website www.appsc.gov.in.
