Application are invited for Ph.D. (Full-Time) programme allotted to NERIST under "AICTE Doctoral Fellowship" (ADF) for the Academic Year 2021-22.

Fellowship
1. Fellowship will be for a period of 3 years.
2. The annual amount shall be @ Rs. 31,000/- + HRA per month for 1st & 2nd year followed by Rs. 35,000/- + HRA per month for 3rd year.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifiation
The minimum eligibility as per ADF norms shall be as in www.aicte-india.org/schemes/students-development-schemes/ADF-Scheme
- The candidate should have qualified GATE/NET during the last 5 years (2017-2021).
- The candidate must have secured the minimum percentage of educational qualification prescribed for eligibility as in Under Graduate and Post Graduate be 70% (69.5% and above) for General/ OBC candidates, whereas for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped (PH) be 65% (64.5 and above). In the absence of percentage, the candidate must have secured minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.5 on the scale of 10 or Equivalent at Bachelors and Masters, whereas for ST/ SC/ Physically Handicapped (PH) it is 7.0 on the scale of 10.
Age Limit
1. The candidate should be less than 30 years of age as on date of admisssion.
2. However age relaxation of 5 years is would be applicable to the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Women/ Physically Challenged category.
Admissionn Test Schedule
The Admission Test is Scheduled on 9th October 2021.
How to Apply
1. Interested eligible candidates may Apply Online through the link: www.neeonline.ac.in & www.nerist.ac.in by paying the application fee (non-refundable) through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net-Banking @Rs. 1000/- per candidate.
2. During online registration, an applicant will be asked to provide an e-mail id and a mobile number, and the login details will be sent to the provided e-mail or the given mobile number via SMS, and in future all correspondences in this regard will be made to this e-mail and the given mobile number via SMS.
3. It is recommended that the applicants change their password on the first login, if they wish so.
4. After successful login, applicant may fill their Applicantion Form for the ADF Programme.

Note
1. The online application link is available with this advertisement in the institute website (www.neeonline.ac.in/ www.nerist.ac.in).
2. The online application, along with all necessary/ supportive documents has to be done from 10th September to 1st October 2021.
3. Seperate online appication along with all necessary/ supportive eligibility documents should be made for each department the candidate is applying for.
4. On submission of the application, the candidate fulfilling eligibility conditions will be shortlisted for written test and interview as per UGC norms for Ph.D. admission.
5. All guidelines of AICTE Doctoral Fellowship as well as NERIST norms need to be followed.
6. Admission under the ADF Ph.D. Fellowship shall be as per the availability of seats in the concerned department following all central government reservation rules and AICTE Regulations.
