APSSB Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2021 Skill Test is Rescheduled to 19 November 2021

This is for general information to all the provisionally shortlisted candidates that the Skill Test in connection with the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination notified vide Notice No.APSSB-13/2/2021 dated 6th October 2021 is rescheduled to 19th of November, 2021 onwards, due to administrative exigencies.
Skill Test Schedule
1. The date of Skill Test and verification of documents has been rescheduled to 19th November 2021. The test shall be conducted in Itanagar. Detailed schedule of the Skill Test and the exact venue shall be intimated in due course.
2. Fresh schedule for the Skill Test in connection with CHSL Examination shall be intimated in due course.

Note
1. The total no. of posts against the District Establishments of Shi Yomi & Tirap is inclusive of PwD vacancies.
2. The provisionally shortlisted candidates will have to mandatorily upload their documents by logging into the website www.apssb.nic.in using their credentials from 13.10.2021 (10:00 AM) to 23.10.2021 (03:00 PM).
3. The allocation of post and Department shall be done after the Skill Test and document verification, based on eligibility and merit-cum-preference. Provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be allotted Districts / Departments only as per the preferences indicated. Failure to upload documents shall result in rejection of candidature and nonallotment of post.
4. The candidature of all the shortlisted candidates is PROVISIONAL and subject to their qualifying in the Skill Test and their eligibility in all respects as prescribed in the Advertisement and Recruitment Rules. The candidates would be required to produce their latest original certificates / documents in support of their claim relating to age, educational qualifications, category etc., during verification of their documents
5. Candidates must note that their candidature is purely provisional at this stage and their appointment will be subject to their name figuring in the provisional select list which shall be prepared after the Skill Test & Document verification. Apart from that they should fulfill the eligibility criteria as per Advertisement No. 10/2021 Dated 10th May 2021, including possession of the requisite document, failing which their candidature may be summarily rejected at any stage.
6. Further, the Appointing Authority i.e., the indenting / user department verifies the character & antecedents of the candidates, authenticity of documents / certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidate(s). Therefore, the provisional shortlisting of a candidate does not confer upon him/her any right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied, after such inquiry as may be considered necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the post.
