Plain Applications from Citizens of India are invited for the following sanctioned post under NHM program on contract basis. The application should be addressed and submitted to DRCHO cum CEO Executive Committee, District Health Society (DHS), Shi Yomi District, Tato, Camp: Mechukha on or before 29^th November 2021 (4.00 PM). Preference will be given to Candidates from Shi Yomi District. Therefore, interested candidates may collect the Application form from the Office of the District Medical Officer, Shi Yomi District w.e.f 20.10.2021 (9.00 AM to 4.00 PM). Scrutiny of Application forms and documents will be done on 30.11.2021 and the eligible candidates will be listed out on the same day at the notice board of the Office of the District Medical Officer and the Office of the Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Mechukha Sub-Division, Shi Yomi District. Admit Cards will be issued from the Office of the District Medical Officer w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 04.12.2021 (4.00 PM).

1. District Programme Manager(DPM): Pay range Rs. 40000-74500

2. District Accounts Manager (DAM): Pay range Rs. 38000-60000

3. District Community Mobiliser (DCM): Pay range Rs. 30000-50000

4. District Data Manager (DDM): Pay range Rs. 30000-50000

Educational Qualifications

1. District Programme Manager(DPM):

1. MBA/PGDBM from recognized university/ institute, 3 years experience in programme management.

2. District Accounts Manager (DAM):

1. Essential:
1. Masters Degree In Commerce (M.Com)/ bachelor degree In Commerce,3 years experience in Maintenance Of Accounts In Mercantile system Of accounting.
2. Preference will be given to M.Com. 
2. Desirable: 
1. Working experience in RCH/ FW/ Externally added population related Programmes. 
2. Working Knowledge of accounting Software.

3. District Community Mobiliser (DCM): 

1. Master's degree in social work (MSW) any of the social sciences or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 years experience in management/coordination of community health programme or community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum 1 year in health sector.
3. Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues related to monitoring health projects and coordination of government and NGO cooperation in health programmes at the grassroots set-up Experience of having assisted/contribute/coordinated or worked as trainer and organization Support to training programmes at the district level is essential.
4. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with data base management programme and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

4. District Data Manager (DDM): 

1. Essential:
1. Graduate in any stream with diploma in computer applications/ operation DesirableWorking experience in RCH/ FW/ external aided population related programmes.

Age Limit

18 years to 40 years as on 30^th November 2021 for all posts.

Venue & Time of Test

1. Written Test: Govt. Town Primary School, Mechukha on 5/12/2021 at 10.00 AM.

2. Viva-Voce/ Skill Test: Office Chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Shi Yomi District on 13/12/2021 at 10.00 AM.

Note

1. Place of Posting: Office of the District Medical Officer, Tato.

2. Nature of Job: Contract basis up to 31st March 2022. Extension of post shall be subject to extension of NHM programme by Gol and based on the recommendation of performance appraisal board.

3. Mode of Selection: written test followed by Viva-Voce/ Skill Test.

4.Selection Criterion as per 1:3 ratio for Viva-Voce/Skill Test.

5. Preference will be given to Candidates from Shi Yomi District.
