SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, INTEGRATED SCHEME FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (ISSE), ITANAGAR

Application are invited from bona-fide citizens of India possessing requisite educational qualification and age, for the following posts of Tours and Travels Teacher under Samagra Shiksha / ISSE, Department of Education, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh. The posts are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of posts by Ministry of Education, Govt of India. The numbers of post are indicative and may be varied (increase or decrease) on either side at the time of preparation of final selected list.

The last date of submission of the duly filled Application Form is 05^th February 2022 till 4 PM during office hour. Application received after due date or time or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.

Salary

20,000/- per month (fixed).

Eligibility

1. Bachelor Degree in Tourism or equivalent with two years' experience in teaching/ industry from a recognized University/Institution,
OR
Any Bachelor's Degree with Diploma in Tourism & Travel from a recognized University/ Institution,
OR
Master Degree in Tourism Administration or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.

Age Limit

21 to 33 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Mode of Selection

Written Test followed by Viva Voce.

Reservation

1. The Reservation of post i.e. APST, Non-APST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person(5%) and differentiy abled person(4%) shall be as per State Govt. norms notified from time to time.

Selection Criteria

The selection test will be based written test followed by Viva Voce specified as under

1. Paper-I General English: 100 Marks

2. Paper-II Trade Test on Concerned Subject: 100 Marks

3. Viva Voce : 50 Marks

The ratio of 1:3 shall be maintained for calling candidates for Viva Voce/ Personality Test.

Documents Required

All documents need to be self attested.

1. 4 (four) recent passport size photo.

2. Pass certificate with Mark Sheets of academic career from Class - X onward.

3. Scheduled Tribe Certificate.

4. Experience Certificate (if any).

Terms and Conditions

1. State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE, reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ examination/ recruitment process at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute / complicacy or any other Administrative reasons.

2. The candidates must produce before the screening committee all necessary certificates (in original) on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted with the application form would be admitted before the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. The admission of candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provision and subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time, before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The continuation and extension of the service of the selected candidates after 31^st March of every succeeding year shall be subject to the approval of continuation of the Project (Samagra Shiksha) by MoE, Govt of India.

5. The selected candidates shall have to sign a "Deed of Agreement" with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar before the issue of formal appointment letter.

6. The proposed recruitment for contractual post is against the resultant vacancy and therefore, the recruitees shall be posted against the school where the vacant post exists in the district.

7. No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview.

8. No Call letter will be issued separately. The list of accepted/ rejected candidates/ Venue, date and time of written test and Interview/ Personality test shall be notified in due course of time in the official website of Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE (www.issearp.in) which may be downloaded and produced at the Police Check Gate to enter Arunachal Pradesh for the Written Test/ Interview.

9. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding posting of the selected candidates.

10. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Central / State Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

1. Willing candidates having requisite qualification may obtain Application Form from the Office of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, ISSE, Itanagar on payment (Cash) of Rs. 350 per form.
