Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs.35,400 - Rs.1,12,400), Group-'B' Non-Gazetted.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

B.Com, BA with Economics as one of the subjects and B.Sc. with Mathematics 0R Statistics as one of the sub.jects from a recognized University. However, one who have appeared Or appearing in the final year/ semester examination shall also be eligible to apply subject to production of original certificate/Mark sheet at the time of viva voce/Interview.

Age Limit

Not less than 18 Years ofage and more than 32 Years ofage as on 24th April 2022. Howeveq the Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years for APST and another 5 years relaxation for regular employees working under Govt. and Semi Govt. Departments of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. For APST PwD candidates, upper age limit will be relaxed for 15 years.

How to Apply

1. Apply online through Commission's website www.appsc.gov.in.

2. One Time Registration on Commission's Website is mandatory.(Once registered, all future applications for any post/vacancy can be submitted using Login ID Password.

3. Submit only one application. In case of more than one application, Application with the higher RID only will be valid.

4. Fee has to be paid separately for each application and is non-transferable.

Documents Required

Self Attested Photocopies of Original Documents to be Submitted One Week Prior to Date of Interview(Original Documents to be produced at the time Interview/VivaVoce.
1. Recent Passport size Photograph(3 copies).
2. Matriculation Certificate with Marks Sheet issued by Board as proof of Age.
3. Certificate and Marks Sheet of Class-XII issued by Board.
4. Bachelor Degree Certificate and Marks Sheet (Issued by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice-Chancellor of the University)
5. APST Certificate for APST Applicants and PRC/Aadhar Card/EPIC for other Applicants.

Scanned Copies of Documents to be Uploaded at Application Stage.
1. Applicant's Signature in Black Ink on white paper (20-60kb jpg format).
2. Latest/recent Passport Size Photograph (40-100 kb jpg format)
3. For Final Year/Semester students, Bonafide Certificate. (100 kb pdf format).

Method of Selection

Selection Process (Two Stages) A Written Examination followed by Interview/VivaVoce.

Written Examination:
Eligible Applicants will be required to undertake a Written Examination in the following subjects:-
(a) General English--------------- 100 Marks
(b) General Knowledge------------100 Marks.
(c) Optional Subjects(Economics/ Commerce/ Mathematics/ Statistics)--------------------- 100 Marks
To qualify, an Applicant must score a minimum of 33% in each subiect as also, a minimum of 45% in aggregate score. Of such qualified candidates, a number three times the advertised posts (Approximately 30), in the order of merit, will be eligible and invited for the Interview/Viva-Voce.

Interview/Viva-Voce
Total ------40 Marks
Will be conducted in the premises of the Commission.

Note

1. The Commission reserved the right to conduct a 'Recruitment Test' (Preliminary Test), if the number of Applicants is significantly large. The 'Recruitment Test' will be Multiple Choice, Objective Type, to be answered on OMR Sheet in General Knowledge. Based on the Order of Merit of the 'Recruitment Test', Applicants, twelve times the advertised posts (Approximately 120), will be eligibte and invited for the Written Examination.

2. Final Merit List of Successful Applicants notified by this Commission, will be based on the aggregate marks of the written examination and Interview/Viva-Voce.

3. Applicants in Government Service may apply direct to this Commission under intimation to their respective Heads of Department.

Application Fee

To be paid online.

1. For APST candidates: Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only.

2. For Other candidates: Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) only.
