SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, INTEGRATED SCHEME FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (ISSE) CHANGLANG

As per the letter NO. SS-11030/3/2021 Dtd. Itanagar the 7^th March 2022 application are invited from bonafide citizens of India possessing requisite qualification and age in a plain paper for filling the for the following contractual posts of PRTs and TGTS (Elementary) under Samagara Shiksha/ISSE. The posts are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of posts from Govt. of India (MHRD).

Salary

Primary Teacher (PRT): Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Science): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Eligibility

Primary Teacher (PRT):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name know) in accordance with the NCTE (recognition Norms and Procedures), Regulation, 2002/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/ Or Graduation with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name know) / Or Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed, provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Deptt. after his/her appointment, And APTET/ CTET (Paper-I) pass certificate.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Science):
Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed./ Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks and 2 year D.El.Ed. (by whatever name know) / Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) in ZBC/PCM Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.Sc. Ed. In ZBC/PCM Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education) provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Deptt. after his/her appointment, And APTET/CTET (Paper-II) pass certificate.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science):
Graduation in History, Geography, Pol. Science, Economics (Any Two) / B. Com / English or Hindi with atleast 50% marks and 1 years B.Ed./ Or Graduation in History, Geography, Pol. Science, Economics (Any Two) / B. Com / English or Hindi with atleast 50% marks and 2 years D.El.Ed. (by whatever name know) / Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) in History, Geography, Pol. Science, Economics (Any Two) / B. Com / English or Hindi Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.A. B.Ed. in History, Geography, Pol. Science, Economics (Any Two) / B. Com / English or Hindi Or Graduation in History, Geography, Pol. Science, Economics (Any Two) / B. Com / English or Hindi with atleast 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education), provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Deptt. after his/her appointment, and APTET/CTET (Paper-II) pass certificate.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science):
Graduation in English or Hindi with atleast 50% marks and 1 years B.Ed Or Graduation in English or Hindi with atleast 50% marks and 2 years D.El.Ed. (by whatever name know)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.Bl.Ed.) in English or Hindi Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.A, B.Ed in English or Hindi Or Graduation in English or Hindi with atlenst 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed, (Special Education), provided he/she shall mandatory undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Deptt, after his/her appointment, Abd APTET/ CTET (Paper-ll) pass certificate.

Age Limit

Primary Teacher (PRT): 20 to 33 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Trained Graduate Teacher (Science): 22 to 35 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science): 22 to 35 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Science): 22 to 35 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Reservation

Relaxation upto 5% in qualification marks to APST Candidates. The Reservation of post i.e. APST, NonAPST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged Person shall be as per State Govt. norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts. However, for THT science and math the ratio shall be 50:50 (for APST & Non-APST).

Selection Criteria

The selection of the candidates under Samagra Shiksha/ISSE will be based on two categories namely (a) Academic Qualification and (b) Walk-in-interview. The weightage given to the two categories in 80% and 20% respectively.

Note

1. Interview date is 24^th March 2022.

2. No call letters for the interview would be issued separately. The date & time of which would be notified through BRCC/CRCC and Notice Board of DDSE's Office, Changlang.

Terms & Conditions

1. District Project Director, Changlang Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ recruitment/ examination process at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute/complicacy or any other administrative reasons.

2. The candidates must produce before the screening committee all the certificates in original on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted would be admitted in the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. The admission of candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time, before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The continuation and extension of the services of the selected candidates after 31^st March 2022 shall be subject to the approval of continuation of the Project (Samagra Shiksha) by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

5. The contractual appointed will be paid the fixed salary as approved by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

6. The selected candidates shall have to sign a "Deed of Agreement" with the DDSE cum DPO, Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, District Changlang before the issue of formal appointment letter.

7. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding change of posting place.

8. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Central/Sate Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

How to Apply

A candidate can apply in a plain paper, clearly mentioning the post applied for and submit with all necessary documents. Submission of incomplete document will lead to rejection of an application.
1. Two copies of recent colour passport size photographs with self attested.
2. Self attested copies of certificate alongwith marksheet class-X onwards.
3. Self attested copies of ST certificate.
4. Self attested copies of PRC for APST of Changlang District.
