Walk-in-Interview: Applications are invited in the prescribed format from the citizen of India for filling up of vacancies for the posts of Contractual PRTs/TGT/PTI /Office Assistant under the establishment of DPO(ISSE) Samagra Shiksha Capital Complex Itanagar and BRCC/URCC supporting Staff (Accountant & MIS Coordinator) as indicated below in the table under the terms & conditions of the relevant rules of 'Contract Service' for period of 10 (Ten) months at a consolidated pay (fixed salary) as approved by MHRD, Govt. of India and no top up from the state Govt. will be given. The numbers of vacant posts are indicative and may be varied (increase or decrease) on either side at the time of preparation of final selected list.

Last Date

The last date of the submissions of the application of the dully filled in application form is 25th March 2022 till 4 PM. Application received after due date or time or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.

Salary

Primary Teacher (PRT): Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Trained Graduate Teacher (Elementary): Rs. 20,000/- per month.

PTI (Art Education): Rs. 12,809/- per month.

Office Assistant, Rs. 23,396/- per month.

BRCC, MIS Coord.: Rs. 12,809/- per month.

BRCC, Accountant: Rs. 12,809/- per month.

Eligibility

Primary Teacher (PRT):
1. Senior Secondary - (Minimum 50% Marks).
2. D.El.Ed - (Minimum 50% Marks).
3. Qualified CTET/APTET (Paper - 1).

Trained Graduate Teacher (Elementary):
1. Graduation in PCM from any recognized Institute of university - (Minimum 50% Marks).
2. B.El.Ed/B.Ed from any recognized Institute of university - (Minimum 50% Marks).
3. Qualified CTET/APTET (Paper-II).

PTI (Art Education):
1. Class XII Pass with 50% Marks (5% marks Relaxation for APST Candidates) & Diploma in Fine Arts/Performing Arts like Dance, Drama, Music etc.

Office Assistant, DPO:
1. Graduation in Any Discipline from recognized university.
2. Minimum 6 Months in Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institute.

BRCC, MIS Coord.:
1. Graduation in any Discipline from recognized University But Preference will be given to B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Bachelor in Computer Application.
2. Minimum 6 Months Diploma Course in Computer Application from recognized Institute.

BRCC, Accountant:
1. Graduation in any Discipline from recognized University but preference will be given to B.Com/ M.Com.
2. Minimum 6 Months Diploma Course in Computer Application from recognized Institute.

Age Limit

Primary Teacher (PRT): 21 to 28 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

Trained Graduate Teacher (Elementary): 21 to 30 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

PTI (Art Education): 21 to 28 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

Office Assistant, DPO: 21 to 30 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

BRCC, MIS Coord.: 21 to 30 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

BRCC, Accountant: 21 to 30 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidate).

Reservation

1. Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks for APST Candidates.

2. The Reservation of post i.e APST, Non-APST (80:20), shall be as per state Govt. Norms notified from time to and will be applicable for each category of post.

Note

1. It will mandatory for the new appointees to undergo an induction training & orientation programmes organized by the Department after his/her appointment.

2. In case of candidates with B.Ed/D.El.Ed in Special Education, it will be mandatory for him/her to undergo a 6 (six) months Bridge course in Elementary Education recognized by NCERT within 2 years of his/her appointment.

3. After the Scrutiny of Documents ,list of eligible candidates will be notified in the Office Notice Board of DDSE-cum-DPO,(ISSE) ICC.The date of Walk-in-Interview and the Venue will be notified in due course of time.

4. Walk-in-interview constituted of a four member selection board headed personally by Deputy Commissioner.

5. The selection shall be purely on merit basis i.e 80% weightage of marks based on merit of qualification as per given cabinet guidelines and 20% weight age of marks given to personality of candidates.

6. The Candidates must produce before the screening committee all the Certificates in original on the date of Interview. Only those Candidates whose documents match with the submitted would be admitted to appear in the Interview Board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellations of his/her candidature.

7. The Admission of Candidates at all the stages of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on, verification, at any time , before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria his/her candidature shall be summarily rejected without any notice.

8. District Project Director, Itanagar Capital Complex Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE, reserves right to cancel the advertisement/ recruitment/ examination process at any stages of the selection process in the event of any discrepancies/ Complicacy or any other administration reasons.

9. As Per NCTE Norms, APTET/CTET is not a mandatory for determining the eligibility of candidates for TGT(Elementary) provided one is possessing Graduate with subject concern and B.Ed. Therefore, it has been decided that marks allotted against CTET/APTET under the Sub Domain of the Standard Evaluation Mechanism will be awarded to the personality of the candidate.

10. Appointment:- The Deputy Commissioner-cum-DPD ISSE and Deputy Director of School Education-cum-DPO, ISSE Itanagar Capital Complex will appoint the selected candidates.

11. Deed of Agreement and Appointment Order will be done in the district level.

12. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing interview. The call letter may be produced before interview board members. The call letter may also be produced in the Police check gate to enter Arunachal Pradesh.

13. Under the terms and Condition of the contract Services, the contract appointees will have no right to claim for regularization of their services after the expiry of the contract.

14. Extension of contract Service:- The continuation and extension of the service a of the selected candidates after the end of a financial year shall be subjected to the approval of the continuation of the project (Samagra Shiksha) by MHRD, Govt. of India and the subsequent extension period will be subject to satisfactory Performances Duty.

15. Appointment shall be on the basis of 'No work no pay'. Salaries shall be paid only for the academic session.

16. Posting Shall be made in any of GPS/UPS as per existing vacancy of the Itanagar Capital Complex Schools; there will be no changes of posting place on contractual service.

17. The other terms and conditions of contract Services, which are not specified herein, shall be governed by the relevant rules in force from time to time.

18. Canvassing directly and indirectly will be treated as disqualification of his/her candidate.

19. Preference will be given to Itanagar Capital Complex Domicile Candidates.

20. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Central/State Govt.from time to time for Contractual Staffs.

2. Pass Certificate with mark sheet of academic career from Class X onwards to Highest.
