The numbers of post are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of posts from Govt. of India (MoE). The number of posts are indicative and may be varied (increase/ decrease) on either side at the time preparation of final list.

Salary

Block MIS Coordinator: Rs. 12,809/- per month.

Block Data Entry Operator: Rs. 12,809/- per month.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Art Education): Rs. 7000/- per month.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Work Education): Rs. 7000/- per month.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Health & Physical Education): Rs. 7000/- per month.

Peon: Rs. 16,906/- per month.

Eligibility

Block MIS Coordinator: Graduate with 50% of marks and Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) (5% Marks Relaxation for APST Candidate).

Block Data Entry Operator: Class — XII Pass with 50% marks (5% Marks Relaxation for APST Candidates) with Diploma in Computer Application or 6 (six) month Certificate Course in Computer.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Art Education): Diploma in fine Arts/ Performing Arts like Drama, Music, etc.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Work Education): Diploma /ITI Certificate in any vocational trade.

Part Time Teacher in Residential School (Health & Physical Education): Degree or Diploma in Physical Education.

Peon: Class X Pass.

Age Limit

Block MIS Coordinator: 18 to 32 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Block Data Entry Operator: 18 to 32 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).

Reservation

elaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks to APST Candidates. The reservation of posts i.e APST, Non-APST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged Person shall be as per State Govt. norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts.

Selection Criteria

1. The selection of candidates will be based on walk — in — interview having requisite qualification as stated above.

2. However, candidates applying for the post of Block MIS Coordinator and Data Entry Operator will have to face skill test consisting of 40 Marks.

Terms & Conditions

1. District Project Director, Lower Dibang Valley District, Samagra Shiksha/ ISSE, reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ recruitment/ examination process at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute / complicacy or any other administrative reasons.

2. The candidates must produce before the screening committee all the necessary certificates in original on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted Offline would be admitted in the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would results in cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. The admission of candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time, before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The continuation and extension of the services of the selected candidates after 31^st March 2023 shall be subject to the approval of continuation of the Project (Samagra Shiksha) by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

5. The contractual teachers so appointed will be paid the salary as approved by Ministry of Education, GoI and no Top Up from State Govt. will be given under any circumstances. (Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000/- for PRT and Rs. 20,000/- for TGT per month).

6. The selected candidates shall have to sign a “Deed of Agreement” with the District Project Officer/ District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha /ISSE Lower Dibang Valley District before the issue of formal appointment letter.

7. The proposed recruitment for contractual post are against resultant vacancy and therefore, the recruitees shall be posted against the school where the resultant vacancy arose in the District.

8. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding posting place.

9. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules of guidelines issued and enforced by the Central / State Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.

1. The process of issuing of forms will start from 4^th April to 4^th May 2022 (till 4:00 PM).

3. The application fee is of Rs. 150/- for APST and Rs. 200/- for Non - APST.

4. Admit Cards for the eligible candidates will be issued separately w.e.f. 17^th May to 27^th May 2022. Date, Time and Venue of interview would be notified in Admit Card.

5. Receipt of application form after last date and time or incomplete in any respect will not be accepted.
