Application are invited offline from the bona-fide citizens of India possessing requisite Educational Qualification and age as on 1^st September 2021, for the following contractual posts of Full Time Teacher (FTT) for KGBV, Sagalee and RP (CWSN), PTI (AE), PTT (WE), Accountant & IT Lab-Assistant under District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia Papum PareDistrict. Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. The post are purely contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of posts by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. The numbers of post are indicative and may be varied (increase or decrease) on either side at the time of preparation of final selected list.

Note

1. Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks to APST Candidates. The Reservation of post i.e. APST. Non APST(80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged Person shall be as per State (Govt. norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts. For FTT Science and Math the ratio shall be 50:50(for APST & Non APST).

2. It will be mandatory of the new appointees to undergo an induction training & orientation programmeorganized by the Departmentafter his/her appointment.

Selection Criteria

1. The selection of the Contractual FTT under ISSE: Samagra Shiksha shall be base purely on the Guidelines framed by the State Cabinet on 18^th Febuary 2021 and modification of the same (Point No.02) on 14^th July 2020 which have been conveyed from State Project Office vide letter No. AR/ISSE/Estt/78/2019-20/6879-85 Dated 28^th July 2020 and Corrigendum dated 14^th August 2020.

Where & How to Apply

1. The application form is available at Office of DDSE-cum-DPO, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, the application forms will be collected on payment of Rs. 50.00 during office hours. The Application Form will be issued from 24^th September 2021 to 30^th September 2021 upto 12 Noon.

2. Last Date for submission of filled up application is 30^th September 2021 upto 04:00 P.M., after expiry of stipulated date & time application form will not be accepted in any means.

3. The filled up Application Form should be dropped in the Drop Box upto 30^th September 2021 04:00 PM.

4. Candidate should submit all the relevant documents alongwith recent 4 (Four) copies of Passport Size Photographs. All requisite documents are mustbe self attested and candidate should write the name of post applied in Envelope (in BLOCK LETTER).

5. No TA/DAwill be admissible for appearing candidates.

6. List of eligible candidates will be notified in the Office Notice Board on 4^th October 2021.

Terms & Conditions

1. District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District reservesall the rights to cancel the advertisement / recruitment / examination process at any state of the selection process in the event of any dispute / complicacy or any other administrative reason.

2. The candidates must produce before the screening committee all the necessary certificate in original on the date of interview. Only those candidates whose documents match with those submitted offline would be admitted in the interview board. Mismatch in any documents would result in cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. The admission of candidates at all the stage of selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of prescribedeligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time before or after the selection process,it is found that a candidates does notfulfil any of the eligibility criteria his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.

4. The continuation and extension of the services of the selected candidates after 31^st March 2022 shall be subject to approval of continuation of the Project (Samagra Shiksha) by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

5. The contractual employee so appointed will be paid the salary as approved by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

6. The selected candidates shall have to sign a “Deed of Agreement” with the DDSE-cum-DPO,ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District before the issue of formal appointmentletter.

7. The proposed recruitment for contractual post are against the resultant vacancy and therefore, the recruitees shall be posted against the school where the resultant vacancy arosein the district.

8. No representation from any quarters will be entertained regarding changeof posting place.

9. All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Central / State Govt. from time to time for contractual staffs.
